The service

TFC Stores lets store owners publish an online store under store.tfs.ink using a prepaid activation code (1, 3 or 6 months). A store is active only while its subscription is valid; when it ends, the store is disabled automatically (not deleted) until it is renewed.

Store owners

• You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, images, order fulfilment, delivery and customer service.
• You must not sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited goods, or publish misleading or offensive content.
• Payments made by customers through PayPal go directly to your PayPal account; TFC does not hold store funds.
• TFC may suspend a store that violates these terms or the law.

Customers

Each order is a contract between the customer and the store. Questions about products, delivery, returns or refunds should be addressed to the store through the order chat.

Activation codes

Codes are single-use, and the time they grant is added to any remaining subscription. Used codes are non-refundable.

Liability

We work to keep the platform available and secure but provide it "as is" and are not liable for losses arising from store activity or service interruptions beyond our control.
