Who we are

TFC Stores (store.tfs.ink) is a platform operated by TFC — The Four Coders that lets small businesses run their own online store. Contact: info@tfs.ink.

Information we collect

• Store owners: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to create and secure your account. We also store the details you add to your store (name, logo, photos, contact details, products and, if you choose, your PayPal API credentials).
• Customers: when you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and email, plus the items ordered and messages you exchange with the store.

How we use it

To run the stores, process and deliver orders, show order status, enable chat between customers and stores, send service e-mails (order updates, subscription reminders) and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Customer order details are shared only with the store the order was placed in. Online payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own privacy policy. Data is hosted on our hosting provider's servers.

Google user data

Data obtained through Google Sign-In (name, email, profile picture) is used only for authentication and account identification, is not shared with third parties, and is not used to train any models. TFC Stores' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while an account or store exists. Disabled stores are kept so they can be renewed. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@tfs.ink.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for sign-in sessions and shopping carts.
